I did recommend this site to my freinds, but after the experience I've had, I would gladly retract.

Good Points Havent noticed a good point yet.
Bad Points Cant get in touch with customer service thru their live chat. You wait til your turn and then they say all agents are busy. thats crap if you have to wait. They disabled my account 20 days ago while they refunded my remaining bids. It is still disabled. It says my package shipped 20 days ago. Still hasn't arrived. Definitely my last experience with quibids.

I bought a defective item and Quibids will not return my e-mails so I can return the product. Yet, they state you cannot return the product without authorization. Their phone number which is hard to find is just a recording which won't deliver you to a live representative.

I won a bid back on June 1st and paid for it right away. I got an e-mail a couple days later saying my order has been processed and I would receive my item in about 10 days. Today is June 30th and still no package at my door. Tried to contact their customer support through e-mail twice and no one has made an effort to contact me with a solution or an answer to my problem. I will wait another 48 hrs. since their automated response says they have technical difficulties every time I call...hum...suspicious...If not... I will start posting more comments online until I get my problem resolved.
