*Fast shipping! I usually get my winnings within a few days, not weeks or months like some other sites out there! *The customer service is outstanding. Someone has always responded to me within 24 hours and I have always been happy with the actions they have taken to resolve any issues I've had. *Bid prices are par for what's out there, but they often have "special deals" on bid-packs that make bids even cheaper. *The closed auctions all have a visible record of every bid placed, which makes it REAL easy to know who the various bidders are and how they "play the game." *Future auctions have a countdown to show exactly when they start, which works well for those of us who like to get on first and defend to the end (though, I've seen many different strategies have success there). *No suspicious bidding activity (suspected shills). You can easily tell the type of bidder on the site (see above comment on closed auctions). *I've been lucky enough to get some great deals there......and isn't a great deal what we're all looking for on these sites? |
| Bad Points | There was a problem with the site freezing up early on, but they shut down briefly to fix the problem and refunded bids to people affected. I haven't seen the problem occur since. If you don't like gift cards, this may not be the site for you......yet. I'm hoping.....even assuming, that as they continue to grow, they will add more items to bid on. That being said, you can't go wrong with gift cards, just for the ability to buy whatever item you're looking for. More auctions with shorter bid times (most are about a day long. Not bad.) and all end between Noon and 11 pm eastern time (Monday thru Friday). This is something that will improve as the site grows, so I don't consider this much of a sticking point. |

Cents2Win is doing an outstanding job!! I receive shipping notifications the same day, most of the time and my items are delivered within 3 to 4 days. Just doesn't get any better than that!
