I contacted them about their shipping practices and about the fact that the same people were winning everything and I never received a response. Then they just closed my account. Now they even blocked my ip address from going on their website. That tells me alot about these people. They did also overstate the retail value of the items that I won. I brought that up through email and did not get a response. All in all....I am glad that they closed my account. They never responded to any email I sent. They seem to just hide behind a computer and take in the money. I hope this helps anyone looking to use penny auctions to save some money.
