Yet, they state you cannot return the product without authorization.  Their phone number which is hard to find is just a recording which won't deliver you to a live representative.                ]]></description>

                <title><![CDATA[QuiBids: Never received my item]]></title>

I got an e-mail a couple days later saying my order has been processed and I would receive my item in about 10 days. Today is June 30th and still no package at my door. Tried to contact their customer support through e-mail twice and no one has made an effort to contact me with a solution or an answer to my problem. I will wait another 48 hrs. since their automated response says they have technical difficulties every time I call...hum...suspicious...If not... I will start posting more comments online until I get my problem resolved.                ]]></description>
