We came across this interesting video on YouTube which shows that BidRay penny auction might be cheating with it's users. The proof shown in the video below is quite shocking. There are thin chances that it might be a bug in their system, however this is not acceptable in any case.
One of BidBlink users sent us some details about an auction on BidBlink where an item worth of just $50(Target Gift Card) was won for $384 and bids worth $672 were placed on the item by the winner. Here is the auction URL - http://www.bidblink.com/auctions/1565-target-gift-card-50

We have reasons to suspect that Bid20 might be using shill bidding. One of our users sent us a screen-shot from taken from the site which shows that a product was won by same user twice at same price. The image shows both transactions side by side and it can be viewed from Bid20 details page (http://www.bid2loot.com/directory/penny-auctions/1-directory/15-bid20)
